We had a great experience with our taxi driver Mehdi, who picked us up from Marrakech Airport and brought us to our riad.
Before we arrived, he contacted us via WhatsApp with clear instructions about where he was waiting for us, which made it very easy to find him at the airport. This made our arrival in a new city much more relaxed.
Mehdi was very friendly and welcoming, and the ride to our riad was comfortable and smooth. Thanks to his excellent service, we could start exploring Marrakech right away without any stress.

My husband and I arranged a private driver with Medhi tours to go from safi port to Kalyptus resort outside Marrakesh, about a 3 hour drive. We were very happy that he drove so carefully and slowly by Moroccan standards. We felt very safe and relaxed to enjoy the drive. We have had terrible drivers in Morocco before so would highly recommend Medhi tours. He also communicated with us by What’s App to make sure we had a good meeting place worked out which was complicated at the port . We have a tight schedule with an overnight stop to return to cruise today with same tour. Trust it will be the same as yesterday arriving . Thanks again.

Highly recommend the service, a lot cheaper than the price hotel gave us for pick up. The driver Mehdi is very nice, contacted me on time, didn’t complain when we were stuck in the custom queue and came out late, took us back to the Riad smooth, rang up the Riad owner to pick us up just before arrival, so the whole journey was seamless. He didn’t try to trick us or ask for tips, which was really nice, as I know some drivers do.

Wir hatten den Transfer vom Flughafen zu unserer Unterkunft in der Altstadt gebucht. Da wir zum ersten Mal in Marrakech waren und sehr spät angekommen sind hatten wir Glück mit dem Fahrer Mehdi. Es lief alles reibungslos und er hat sich bemüht, dass wir von einem Angestellten des Riyads empfangen werden. Da es so spät war sind wir ihm sehr dankbar als Familie. Er war stets höflich, freundlich, distanziert( nicht aufdringlich), hilfsbereit und super pünktlich. Wir bedanken uns und können den Transfer allen empfehlen die Marrakech besuchen wollen.
